About psychoanalysis and psychotherapy
Are you experiencing anxiety or depression or a loss of meaning? Talking and listening can help.
Psychoanalysis and psychotherapy are free-flowing processes; they are not goal oriented. As we talk freely, the unconscious opens and closes in a remarkable way. It is this that allows us, together, to find new ways of thinking about life and for you to to tell your story, whatever that may be. Change can be painful, yet, paradoxically, in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy there is a great deal of joy.
